The Business Report Inclusion Card (TheBRIC™) is a framework designed and curated to support leaders in dismantling structural inequality in the workplace.

This tool aims to engage and unite the workforce in actions that will utilize new ideas and innovative perspectives to advance a vision of racial justice and gender equity.
The work begins with articulating a clear case for change and providing the tools that move leaders to action and others to follow.
