Founder and CEO of Susan Long-Walsh & Associates (SLWA), an equity consulting and service provider, Susan partners with leaders willing to take meaningful action to create long-lasting systemic change to address racial injustice and inequity.
Susan is a creative builder of capabilities and a sought-after speaker. Her leadership skill set enables her to connect deeply with people, which drives positive outcomes. Susan developed strategic equity and belonging initiatives that addressed the root causes and changed the face of leadership at organizations, including Microsoft, Starbucks, AT&T, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
